Our client was rear-ended and awarded summary judgment as to liability. Our client, a 65-year-old school teacher, was involved in an automobile accident.  As a result of the accident, she received treatment to her spine which led to a surgery.  She was disabled and could not return to work. Our client was struck by collapsed ceiling in her apartment. She awarded summary judgment against the landlord. Our client, a 25-year-old man was rear-ended by an SUV.  The client went to the ER complaining of pain in his knee and shoulder.  He eventually started physical therapy.  After a prior of time therapy was not helping and he underwent arthroscopic surgery on both knees and his shoulder.  He missed 8 months of work and was recommended surgery to his neck.

Our client, a 62-year-old, was hit from behind while driving. He was admitted into the hospital complaining of pain in his head and neck. He had had three prior injuries to his neck and back with recommendations of surgery to repair the injuries, which made this case extremely challenging to bring to trial.  In addition, our client did not have the surgery for his injuries incurred while driving until four years after this accident. We were able to get the insurance company for the driver at fault to pay $800,000 while we were in the middle of the trial.

Our client slipped and fell while working in a building.  As a result, he underwent three knee surgeries and eventually could not work anymore. Nicholas Tzaneteas brought the case to verdict. He was awarded $800,000 to cover his surgeries and lost wages.
