A 65-year-old Brooklyn woman was a walking when she was struck by a car.  As a result of the accident, she sustained injuries to her neck and shoulder.  At the time she was unemployed.  Tzaneteas brought the case to verdict. A jury found that she sustained serious injuries and awarded her a total of $512,000 in compensation.
