Auto Accident Verdict

Our client, a 49-year-old woman, was seated on the passenger side of a car when the car was struck by a box truck. Before the accident, she had some slight neck pain, but directly as a result of the car accident, our client had significant neck, back, and shoulder pain. She went to the Emergency Room and the doctor prescribed a treatment of physical therapy, which does not work.
