Verdict For Plaintiff For Cervical Injury

Our client was getting something out of her automobile when a car, making a turn, struck her.  She had pain in her neck and started receiving treatment and physical therapy.  After numerous injections which gave her no relief, she underwent a cervical fusion.  She continued to have restrictions but eventually went back to work.  Nicholas Tzaneteas took the case to verdict. A Westchester jury awarded her a total of $1,170,00 in compensation.
